THIS was just the book I needed to take a huge leap! I loved how the author outlined the 'bigger game model' and then went on to describe it in action - both personally, and with other women around the world. I'd highly recommend this book for those considering taking a leap of faith in action - and for those who have already done so and are questioning their sanity! This book encourages women yet I find it equally stimulating as a man and highly recommend it for anyone who dares to examine his or her life. It is outstanding in depth and direction. The author shares a career of experience that compassionately examines the situations in which many of us find ourselves and offers stepping stones enabling us to move forward. The testimonials are heartfelt and the shared experiences of others resonate and reassure us that we can experience ourselves fully.
A wonderful inspiration helping to identify what actions will take you in the direction of your passion. Finding your voice and being heard in a way that makes a difference involves knowing your passion in a way that is steady and heartfelt. It isn't being loud and pushy. It is knowing yourself and not being distracted from your path. I recommend this book to anyone who wants a clear, effective, compassionate focus in their lives.
As the father of 3 girls I am thrilled to see a book on this subject. I continually tell my girls that they have no limits and can be anything they want to be and achieve everything they work to achieve. I am a realist though and understand that many stereotypes continue to exist in society and in professions. In this book Pat gives us real world examples of what can be attained and points out specific success solutions. I recommend this as a great read for anyone wanting to see their wives, sisters, daughters, nieces, granddaughters, best friends and coworkers realize all their potential. Here's the book.
